1 loaf brioche, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups mixed berries
Cinnamon & sugar
Maple syrup or honey
Preheat the oven to 350℉
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, milk, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar until combined well.
Place the cubed bread into a large casserole dish and pour egg mixture over it. Top with the melted butter and mixed berries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and no liquid remains in the bottom of the dish.
Top with the suggested toppings and enjoy!
