Oatmeal Protein Balls
There comes a point where I have to put down the snacks and actually eat something that nutrias and that will filll me up. Not going to lie, I've been snacking like a mad man, all quarantine (I know that I'm not the only one!). With that being said, I created this delicious snack recipe that actually fills me up and it tastes so darn good! Who knew that you could have a sweet for snack, all while having zero regrets.

Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons golden raisens
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tablespoons mini milk chocolate chips
1 dash cinnamon
1/4 cup nut butter
1/3 cup organic maple syrup
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Using a large cookie scoop or 1/4 cup measuring cup, pack the oat filling inside and scoop out onto a parchment covered sheet tray.
Chill for 30 minutes and enjoy.
Note: The Oatmeal Protein Balls will last in the fridge for up to 10 days.
