Honey Salmon Brunch Bowl

Y’all know that I love brunch with my whole heart. Although, going out to brunch isn’t always an option for me, especially when I’m trying to save some mulaa and give myself a break from going out to eat too much.

With that being said, if you’re anything like me and are trying to save some coin, by cooking at home more, then here’s your next favorite recipe 😉



For the salmon:

6 ounces salmon

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons Trader Joes everything bagel seasoning (if you don’t have this, swap it out for your favorite everyday seasoning)

1 tablespoon honey

2 teaspoons olive oil

For the cucumber salad:

1 cup diced cucumbers

1 cup sliced tomatoes

1/2 red onion, sliced

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon dried mint or 1 tablespoon fresh mint

Kosher salt

2 teaspoons olive oil

How to build your bowl/ Bowl components:

•Greens (I used arugula, but spinach is also super delish)

•Eggs (you can cook them however you like! I love to scramble mines)

•Flaked salmon

•Cucumber salad

•Cheese (feta or goat cheese works wonders!)

•(All the) AVOCADO
