Although, now give me a nice big bowl of leafy greens, a beautiful dressing, and some fresh vegetables and it’s game on! Whenever I make salad now, I always try to find a way to bring on the most flavor with minimum ingredients and time and this recipe is just that. I mean juicy shrimp meets a creamy avocado dressing, you can't go wrong!
