Episode Five- 'Will's Fit & Full Kitchen'
Serves 4 People | 5 minutes- prep time | 35 minutes- cooking time | 40 minutes- total time
What you need:
4 Chicken Breast, Sliced in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 small red skin potatoes, diced
2 cups, cherry tomatoes
1 red onion, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 lemons, juiced
2 T Italian seasonings
Salt and pepper
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Layout a piece of parchment paper or foil onto a large baking sheet, in order to prevent sticking and for easy cleanup.
Now, arrange for your vegetables and potatoes onto your baking sheet.
Lay the chicken on top of the vegetables, being sure that the chicken is not touching each other.
Season the chicken and vegetables generously with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice and olive oil together. Then, pour it over the chicken and vegetables, until everything is coated well.
Finally, put your sheet tray into the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken has reached 165 degrees F. and the vegetables are tender.
